The Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs serves as the Chief Academic Officer (CAO) of Upper Iowa University, and is responsible for the University’s undergraduate and graduate programs.
2.2
The academic administrative structure at Upper Iowa University consists of departments and programs, each headed by a department chair or program director respectively, all of which are overseen by a Dean who serves at the discretion of the CAO.
2.3
The president of Upper Iowa University may recommend to the Board of Trustees changes in this academic administrative structure of the University at the president’s discretion.
