The health services administration major prepares students to understand the health system, manage diverse groups and identify new markets. Health Services Administration majors do not complete the business core. May not be completed with a business administration major with a health services administration emphasis.

Program Student Learning Outcomes
- Students will be able to analyze key aspects of the healthcare environment and the impact of various trends on the healthcare delivery system.
- Students will be able to synthesize relevant internal and external data to position healthcare organizations for fiscal and operational success.
- Students will be able to create a strategic plan to market, implement, evaluate, and manage high-quality healthcare services.
- Students will be able to develop best practices in organizational leadership and behavior, along with human resource strategies to enhance the delivery of healthcare services and programs in multiple healthcare settings.
- Students will be able to identify a communication strategy that will cultivate professional relationships amongst both internal and external stakeholders.
