The Psychology Associate of Arts degree prepares students to learn about the origins and development of human behavior and mental processes. Psychology provides a valuable foundation of knowledge important in a wide variety of fields.

*All students must complete at least 30 semester hours of The Peacock Professional Experience (“general education”) coursework. If students have had specific Peacock Professional Experience requirements waived, students must meet the 30 semester hour minimum using any Peacock Professional Experience course(s) not already applied in The Peacock Professional Experience section. **Remaining electives vary per student as some courses may be used to meet requirements in both The Peacock Professional Experience (“general education”) and Psychology Emphasis areas.
