BIO 301 - Individual Research in the Biological Sciences 1 Credit(s)
Presents fundamental principles of classical genetics and applies them to the theories and process of biological evolution. Emphasizes Mendelian genetics, linkage, gene expression, mutation, natural selection, phylogenetics, and population genetics. Students who have already completed BIO 283 (General Genetics) and BIO 340 (Evolution) should not register for this course.
