BA 256 - Quantitative Analysis for Business I

Geared toward business students with a solid mathematical foundation, this course advances skills in applying quantitative methods to solve business problems. Through the use of descriptive and inferential statistics, probability models, and business data sampling, students will master analytical tools like Microsoft Excel to perform time series analysis and other statistical assessments crucial for informed decision-making in business contexts. Meets the quantitative reasoning requirement in The Peacock Professional Experience (“general education”) .

Prerequisites: IS 102   and achieve an ALEKS placement score of 30-60 or MATH 101 , MATH 105 , MATH 107 , MATH 220 ACCT 201 , or transfer course equivalent.
